Saturday, October 7, features the Wine Trail from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Discover a new favorite, or two, from 10 different Oregon wineries.

Saturday Night: Legendary Brazilian jazz percussionist Airto Moreira and his world-renowned 6-piece band will perform at The Florence Events Center at 7:00 p.m. Casual listeners and jazz enthusiasts alike will recognize Moreira’s work. He is a pioneer in jazz fusion and world music, contributed to major movie soundtracks, and has collaborated with a long list of iconic players such as Miles Davis, Chick Corea, Cannonball Adderly, Quincy Jones, Herbie Hancock, Carlos Santana, and Chicago.

Sunday, October 8, is the Chowder Trail from noon to 4:00 p.m. Sample from upwards of 10 locally-made chowders all around Old Town. Taste them all and vote for your favorite.
