“Portside Place is our new fully-furnished executive-style apartment at 216 Nopal Street in Historic Old Town Florence. It has a private upstairs entrance in a building it shares with a professional business and other apartments in a quiet neighborhood. It is professionally managed by our innkeepers at the award-winning River House Inn just a few blocks away,” says company president Craig Sanders.
“It’s a home away from home in every way,” explains Sanders. “The fully-equipped kitchen is a welcome advantage for those who prefer to cook for themselves and those who want to save on restaurant costs during a week or month-long stay. There’s a washer/dryer, living and dining spaces with views, a 46-inch TV above the fireplace, full bath, and a separate bedroom with king-size bed and large closet. The deck offers full views of the Siuslaw River, the port, and the forest on the opposite shore.”
“Regularly scheduled housekeeping is available—so in some ways, maybe it’s even better than home,” he adds.
